4. Intellectual Property
   All materials, templates, tools, and frameworks provided by OnDemandCXO remain the property of HoundDog Dev unless contractually transferred. Usage is limited to the agreed scope and timeframe.
5. Limitation of Liability
   OnDemandCXO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services directly related to the claim.
6. Termination
   We may suspend or terminate services for:

Breach of agreement or terms

Abuse or misuse of services

Legal, compliance, or regulatory requirements

You may terminate under the terms of your signed service agreement.

7. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate Utah courts.
